Nespresso is not just coffee, it ‘s a sensorial experience. Client wanted to reiterate this positioning to the target audience, in line with the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan.
To create a digital solution that conveys the message of sensorial experience was a tough one. But our techies and creatives know how to turn tables, and that’s when we came up with the idea of the Nespresso Ramadan Recipe book. The application was developed specifically for the month of Ramadan and at the core of it was Augmented Reality technology. We wanted to bring the brand logo to life.
Users were asked to download the app, and once activated they would point the app to the Nespresso logo found on coffee packages. This would launch an augmented reality version of a recipe book, where users could read through amazing recipes for drinks that can be made by Nespresso coffee. This was a smart way of increasing engagement with the brand, as well as promoting products.
