RedTag is one of the leading value fashion and lifestyle stores in the Middle East and Asia, with over 160 stores across the region. With an existing offline loyalty program powered by a points management system in Capillary CRM, the challenge was to digitise the existing loyalty program in order to further engage with customers even when they are not in their stores.

SOLUTION
